Executive coaching is not for everyone
Not everyone wants to acknowledge and work through their blind spots.
If you don’t want to sit with uncomfortable situations, this is not for you.
Coaching is for executives & leaders who are willing to sit in uncomfortable conversations.
It's for leaders who are willing to hold themselves accountable and do the work.
Executive coaching is for the individuals who are committed to moving forward for themselves and those around them.

How It Works
The executive coaching relationship is a partnership.
When I say "we", I mean you and me.
We start off each engagement with a Harrison Assessment™.
This behavior assessment measures 175 behavior characteristics. You will see your behavioral operating systems laid out in full color—your life themes, how you function under stress (and what to do about it), and where you shine.
The Harrison Assessments™ is actionable and meaningful. We will reference it throughout our coaching engagement.
The Harrison Assessments™ is step one.
Step two goes beyond your behavior.
Throughout our engagement, we focus on you, all of you. We do that using somatic coaching, accountability coaching, performance coaching, and more.
We work through critical situations you want to improve, make the desired outcomes for those situations explicit, and take action to achieve them.
It's you and me working on goals that are meaningful to you.
The executive coaching approach we use is rooted in the Presence-Based® Coaching methodology, which is self-generative, holistic, and most importantly, effective for long-term results.
"Thank you so much for your guidance. Your generosity both spiritual and humanly (is humanly a word? 🙂 ) have changed my life."

Benefits of Executive Coaching
You will:
- Be held to a standard that you might not otherwise hold yourself to.
- Develop competencies you didn’t know you needed.
- Gain a deeper awareness of yourself.
We do all of the above with an eye on why we do the things we do in the first place. We get clear on what's important and the values that drive us to act.
Because at the end of the day, the week, or at the end of our careers, we want to be able to look back and know we worked on the right things for the right reasons.
