How It Works
Step 1: Intro Call (30 minutes)
We clarify what you’re navigating, what’s currently stuck, and what “better” looks like.
Step 2: Coaching Cadence
Most leaders choose:
- 2 sessions per month (common and sustainable), or
- Weekly for intense seasons (new role, major growth, restructuring)
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, virtual (in-person available case-by-case).
Step 3: Between-Session Execution
You’ll leave each session with:
- 1–3 clear commitments
- a decision, a conversation, or an action to move
- language to communicate it cleanly to your team
