In just one session, Nick helped our group of entrepreneurs to focus and make clear, meaningful declarations of our 2026 commitments. Not an easy feat, however, through skillful facilitation, he managed to pull it off.

This coaching gave me accountability to myself. After living in the gray area for a long time, I finally recommitted to the present, to action, and to dealing with what was actually happening instead of overthinking everything. Once I did, things started moving. Jobs and opportunities showed up, and I stopped dismissing them just because my life wasn’t perfect. Learning to focus on the gain instead of the gap changed everything and for the first time in a long while, I felt like I was truly building something again.

I had been focusing solely on the technical aspect of my career without realizing there was much more to it.
